NAKHCHIVAN`S AUTONOMY IS A HISTORICAL ACHIEVEMENT

INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE

(Nakhchivan, 27-28 June, 2014)

          Respected scientists! This year the 90th  anniversary of the establishment of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. According to the executive order of Chairman of Supreme Mejlis of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic signed on January 17, 2014, Nakhchivan Section of National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan will held an international conference – “Nakhchivan`s Autonomy is a Historical Achievement” together with Nakhchivan State University, Nakhchivan Teachers` Institute and Nakhchivan Private University. The international conference is devoted to the 90th  anniversary of the establishment of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The conference will be held in 27-28 June 2014 year.

          Food and hosting expenses of the participants from foreign states to be paid by the Organization Committee, except the travel expenses.

Scientists who  are eager to attend are asked to present the names of their lec­tures till the April 15, 2014 to Nakhchivan Section of National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan (Scientific secretary Rashad Zulfugarov, reshadzulfugarov@yahoo.com. Phone: 545-16-80; mobile: 070-361-36-29). A special Commission will view and discuss those theme. And the texts of the accepted themes must be presented to Nakhchivan Section in electronic variant till together with its copy till May 15, 2014.

REQUIREMENTS TO THE ARTICLES

 

1. The article should be written in personal computer in A4 size, with 12 font size. Margins of the paper should be 2cm at the top and bottom, 3cm at the left, 1cm at the right. In the text using hyphenation between the lines should be avoided. Times New Roman font should be used for article text with 1.5 line spacing and must be presented in the electronic version together with its copy. Margins of the images and tables within the text must be 3.7cm both at the left and right.

2. In the right corner of the page the author’s (authors’) full name is written with 12 pt bold and capital letters.

3. Beneath, the name of the organization the author works and his E-mail is written with 12 pt normal and small letters (e.g. Nakhchivan section of ANAS; E-mail:ada.nat.res@mail.ru). Then the name of the article is written with 12 pt capital letters below, after leaving an interval.

4. There should be scientific references on the theme and the list of the used literature must be given with 12 pt letters, in encoding scheme and alphabetical order. The word “References” is written with bold and capital letters in the center of the page.

References list is given in the language it is written with the normal letters. e.g.

5. References should be given within the article too. e.g. (4, p.15)

6. Total size of the article, including graphic materials, photos, tables, formulas, references must not be more than 8-10 pages long.

7. Information about the authors (surname, name, paternal name, place of work, position, academic degree, academic status, address, contact telephone numbers, E-mail) must be added to the article.
